| The Digital Laboratory is forming instruments for the creation of conceptual maps, drop-down menus and local personalized search engines. It allows the improvement of search engine design and the retrieval of information from a Web site. It includes the following tools: DigiDocMap editor of conceptual map http://www.mapasconceptuales.com DigiDocMenu editor de drop-down menus http://www.menudesplegable.com DigiDocIndex indexer and generator of local search engines http://www.buscadorlocal.com These tools work use forms. The final result is an HTML page or a fragment of javascript code that can be downloaded and integrated into any Web site. No knowledge of programming is necessary in order to use these services. These are three products developed by and for the Online Master in Digital Documentation that are offered as freeware utilities for documentalists, librarians, researchers, Web site creators and innovative professionals of digital culture in general. | ||
